Vilaria Fragrances Refund & Return Policy


At Vilaria Fragrances, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, we only offer refunds or returns in specific cases.


We accept returns and issue refunds for damaged products, undelivered orders, delivery issues, and defective items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. If your package is lost in transit or never delivered, we will investigate the issue and either send a replacement or process a refund. In cases where there is an error in delivery due to our shipping provider, we will work to resolve the issue with a refund or replacement. If you receive a defective item, such as a broken sprayer or leakage, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.


To request a refund or return, email us at vilariafragrances@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description of the problem. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with the next steps.


We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used fragrances, change-of-mind purchases, or delays caused by customs or carrier issues beyond our control.
